Desmoid tumors or aggressive fibromatosis are rare, recurrent, non-metastasizing tumors, developing from muscle fascias and aponeuroses, before surgery was the main treatment, with latest recommendations in view of high risk recurrence, treatment consists close monitoring, is indicated if there complications related to location lesion. We report three observations young patients desmoid one abdominal measuring 20/15cm diameter invading muscular wall peritoneum, second at level lower limb posterior face thigh right buttock 30cm/10cm third too about 20cm/15cm peritoneum a patient operated for rectal adenocarcinoma familial adenomatous polyposis. The reason consultation 3 pain. After multidisciplinary consultations (surgeons, oncologist radiotherapists) it decided perform surgical excision follow-up estimated 25 months first location, 10 2 case, without noticing any no adjuvant offered only surveillance. Surgery double-edged sword given recurrence which can be after consultations.
